A frequency is the number of waves that pass a point. In Bloeprint Coaching the point when two people speak to each other and when those waves truly meet is when they understand each other. For a soccer coach it is that conversation you have with a player just after you have ended the practice to compliment him or care about him. Or when a coach stops the practice play to correct the players to emphasise his way of play and a couple of players nod or smile because they "understand". They are on the same wave lenght. 

When assembling a group, (soccer)team, company or even a family 2 things are essential. What is the purpose (not the produce)? And who are the members of the team in essence? Sharing the purpose will keep you connected and knowing the members will always keep you in communication. When playing soccer most of the time you do not have the ball on your foot, you run miles to help each other to defend and the best offenses now a days conclude runs that are made to get someone else open. 

As a soccer player you know who you are when you love to dribble and score or you get happy when you stop a player from scoring or when you crosspass a ball and your teammate scores a header in the corner. 

As a coach you know who the player is, when you ask him to do things he is not as good in or does not like to do very often. If he understand the purpose or your method, he will do these things without a bother. The exchange is that you get to know him for what he is good at and are willing to adapt the line-up or even your way of listening to players to hit the right frequency in that part of the field. 

An recent example is Arne Slot, Sipke Hulshoff and Ryan Gravenberch at Liverpool in the Premier League. It was not the talent to play every ball forward and through the lines so the ball goes faster toward the goal than the opponents defenders can.
